We’re thrilled to share that we’re officially halfway through our phased renovations at the Skidmore Mansion, formerly known as the Annandale Mansion, located just across from Skidmore College. This historic gem is getting a thoughtful transformation, turning it into 16 unique residential units that blend timeless charm with modern comforts.

The mansion has long been a landmark in the community. Our renovation carefully preserves its architectural character, from the intricate woodwork to the grand windows that capture stunning natural light, while updating it to meet today’s lifestyle needs.
