Construction Underway at 178–180 Maple Street

We’re excited to announce the start of construction at 178–180 Maple Street, a new project for Green Springs Capital Group that brings fresh life to a historic warehouse building.

Originally constructed in 1920, this adaptive reuse project will transform the property into 19 thoughtfully designed residential apartments, complemented by approximately 2,500 square feet of commercial space. The goal is to preserve the character of the original structure while reimagining it for modern living and mixed-use functionality.

As part of the renovation, many of the building’s original architectural features will be carefully restored and showcased. Residents and visitors can look forward to details such as hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and large timber rafters, all of which reflect the craftsmanship and industrial charm of the early 20th century.
