CG Construction is proud to serve as the general contractor for the redevelopment of 927 Broadway in Albany's Warehouse District. The adaptive reuse project will transform a vacant four-story office building into a vibrant mixed-use development featuring 14 workforce apartments, street-level retail space, and new office space for Nine Pin Cider.
Designed by Harris Sanders Architects, the project reflects the growing demand for housing in downtown Albany while breathing new life into an existing building. Construction is expected to take approximately seven months, with completion anticipated in March 2027.
As construction gets underway, CG Construction is honored to help bring this exciting vision to life and contribute to the continued revitalization of Albany's Warehouse District.
