CG Construction Group is transforming an underperforming Hudson Valley property into Orchardview, a 52-unit multifamily residential community in Kinderhook.

Located on 9.1 acres along Route 9, the 34,325-square-foot property is undergoing a phased renovation focused on creating updated, comfortable residential spaces. Improvements include new roofs, facade upgrades, exterior paint, renovated bathrooms, new kitchens, new flooring, and fresh interior paint throughout.

With units being completed in phases, Orchardview will begin welcoming residents this fall, with additional units becoming available through next spring.
